One way of thinking of practice is a habit for reflection, a reminder to look for moments of value. The cadence and shape of practices can be communicable technology (/media) or self-authored. There are benefits to sharing practices: accountability, support, and discourse. But the risk of losing texture when we flatten meaning into language too soon. I invite you to consider the things you do regularly. It might be writing, drawing, or reading on a particular topic. Can you find the origin of this habit? Do you share its outcome with others?
